• "Course" refers to any educational program, webinar, workshop, or content offered by JSL

• "Content" refers to all materials, videos, PDFs, assignments, and resources provided by JSL

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering, enrolling, or using any JSL service, you:

• Confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

• Agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws

• Consent to receive communications from JSL via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone

3. DISCLAIMER - NOT A LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDER

IMPORTANT: Just Say Legal is an educational platform only. We do NOT:

• Provide legal advice or legal services

• Practice law or represent clients

• Guarantee employment, internships, or exam success

• Have any affiliation with the Bar Council of India, any university, or government body

All content is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. For specific legal matters, consult a licensed attorney.

4. COURSE ENROLLMENT & ACCESS

4.1 Eligibility: Courses are open to law students, graduates, and legal professionals as specified in course descriptions.

4.2 Enrollment: Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of course fees.

4.3 Access Duration:

• Course access is provided for the duration specified in the course description (typically 30-90 days from enrollment)

• Live sessions must be attended at scheduled times; recordings (if provided) are available for limited periods

• Access may be extended at JSL's discretion or upon payment of renewal fees

4.4 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. PAYMENT & PRICING

5.1 Fees: All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay/Instamojo).

5.3 Pricing Changes: JSL reserves the right to modify course pricing at any time. Enrolled students will not be affected by price changes.

5.4 No Hidden Charges: The price displayed at checkout is the final price. No additional charges will be levied.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Ownership: All content, including videos, PDFs, assignments, templates, and materials, is the exclusive property of JSL and is protected by Indian copyright laws.

6.2 Limited License: Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6.3 Prohibited Actions: You may NOT:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute course content (unless explicitly permitted)

• Share login credentials or course materials with others

• Record, screenshot, or create derivative works from course content

• Use content for commercial purposes

• Circumvent any technological protection measures

6.4 Violations: Any violation may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and liability for damages.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration

• Use the Platform respectfully and professionally

• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students

• Not post spam, malicious content, or engage in illegal activities

• Submit original work for assignments (plagiarism will result in disqualification)

8. CONTENT DELIVERY & MODIFICATIONS

8.1 Course Content: JSL strives to deliver high-quality content but reserves the right to:

• Modify course curriculum, schedule, or instructors

• Cancel or postpone sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

• Update or improve content based on feedback

8.2 Technical Issues: While we ensure platform reliability, JSL is not liable for:

• Internet connectivity issues on your end

• Third-party platform failures (Zoom, Google, etc.)

• Device compatibility issues

8.3 Recordings: Live session recordings (if provided) are a courtesy and not guaranteed. Technical failures in recording do not entitle you to refunds.

9. CERTIFICATES

9.1 Issuance: Certificates of Completion are issued to students who:

• Complete the required course modules

• Submit all mandatory assignments

• Meet minimum attendance requirements (if applicable)

9.2 Delivery: Certificates are issued digitally via email within 15-30 days of course completion.

9.3 Value: JSL certificates demonstrate skill development and commitment to learning but are not equivalent to university degrees or professional licenses.

10. REFUND POLICY

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed terms. In summary:

• Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if less than 20% of content is accessed

• Certain courses (workshops, live-only programs) are non-refundable

• Refund requests must be submitted to info@justsaylegal.com

11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 No Guarantees: JSL does not guarantee:

• Exam success or specific scores

• Job placements or internships

• Specific career outcomes

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

12.2 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSL's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

12.3 Indirect Damages: JSL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSL, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of course content

• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. TERMINATION

14.1 By You: You may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

14.2 By JSL: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

• Share course content or login credentials

• Abuse or harass instructors or students

14.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to all courses and content will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

15.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

15.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

15.3 Arbitration: Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

16. AMENDMENTS

JSL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
